We begin with grounding, compression-based bodywork, the foundation of your journey. Steady, intentional pressure supports and centers the body, calming the nervous system, encouraging circulation, and guiding the flow of your custom massage.

From there, we integrate a combination of Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, and Swedish Massage, allowing the work to progress through layers of the body. Myofascial techniques support the connective tissues, deeper techniques address persistent tension, and Swedish strokes promote relaxation, helping the body organize toward comfort and ease.
